2. Are you providing the following service: Helping a business raise capital or debt by negotiating, structuring and drafting finance documents for arrangements such as IPOs, venture capital, and loans?

3. Are you providing the following service: Providing a registered office address for businesses?

4. Are you providing the following service: Filing forms with ASIC for registering a company or business?

5. Are you providing the following service: Drafting, or arranging for the drafting, of SMSF Trust Deeds?

6. Are you providing the following service: Helping to plan or carry out the creation or restructuring of a business, including preparing key documents and obtaining regulatory approvals?

7. Are you providing the following service:  Advice and services for buying, selling or transferring a business, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, performing due diligence and financial valuation, applying for regulatory approvals and preparing transfer documents for regulators?

8. Are you providing the following service:  Conveyancing services that include preparing, reviewing and lodging sale contracts and land transfers and/or co-ordinating with financial institutions for payments and mortgage discharge?
