This bundle includes a suite of letter packs for accountants who are providing ‘execution only’ services to clients in an unlicensed capacity under Regulation 7.1.29, or as a registered tax agent. Packs include:
- An initial inquiry template/request for information from the client
- A client letter confirming the service being provided, and that the service is being offered in an unlicensed capacity
- Confirmation of execution letter (if appropriate)
