This bundle is for credit licensees to use in developing their requirements to meet their responsible lending obligations. It has been designed to align with the requirements under ASIC’s RG 209 (Credit licensing: Responsible lending conduct) and Chapter 3 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
