Referral Arrangements - ACL

The Referral Arrangements bundle is designed to provide the Licensee with a policy and tools for business, credit and advice referrals within their practice.  The policy provides practical guidance on how referrals should be structured and the legal requirements to be met.  The bundle includes a checklist for licensees, representatives and credit representatives to use when setting up or reviewing referral arrangements.
