This bundle is designed to assist Wholesale-Only AFS licensees to develop a policy for engaging with outsourced service providers. It includes guidance on the initial engagement and ongoing monitoring of outsourced service providers, and is drafted to align with the requirements of ASIC’s RG 104 (Licensing: Meeting the general obligations) and APRA’s Prudential Standard CPS 231 (Outsourcing).
