Ongoing Fee Arrangements (applicable from 10 Jan 2025) - AFSL

This bundle contains a policy designed to reflect new requirements for ongoing fee arrangements (OFAs) from 10 January 2025 in relation to OFAs entered into both before and after that date. It also contains a Disclosure and Consent Form designed to accommodate disclosures and consent in relation to entry into an OFA, renewal of an OFA and fee deduction. It also contains an OFA Document and letters to be used in various termination scenarios. Lastly, it includes a set of FAQs covering both OFAs entered into prior to 10 January 2025 and OFAs entered into after that date. FDS) - former requirements' which will remain accessible on HN Hub for some time to come.)
