Ongoing Advice (including FDS) (applicable till 10 Jan 2026) - AFSL

This bundle contains comprehensive information on ongoing fee arrangements and obligations for licensees and representatives.  It includes two alternative Policies.

Option A sets out procedures based on the approach that the ongoing fee arrangement is entered into when the client signs the document.  Option B sets out procedures based on the approach that the ongoing fee arrangement is entered into when the licensee or corporate authorised representative signs the document, effectively allowing that entity to set (or even reset) the anniversary day.

The bundle includes template Statements of Advice recommending ongoing fee arrangements (options A and B), documented ongoing fee arrangements (options A and B), and a Fee Disclosure Statement.  It also includes letters to be used in various termination scenarios, for resetting the anniversary day or otherwise changing the fees and services under an ongoing fee arrangement (in association with Policy Option B), or for varying an ongoing fee arrangement.
