This bundle provides guidance for credit licensees on how to implement a monitoring and supervision process that ensures compliance with the financial services laws and regulations. It has been drafted to comply with section 47 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, as well as ASIC’s RG 205 (Credit licensing: General conduct obligations), RG 206 (Credit licensing: Responsible lending conduct), RG 271 (Internal dispute resolution), RG 273 (Mortgage brokers: Best interests duty), and RG 277 (Consumer Remediation).
