This bundle is designed to enable credit licensees to develop policies for enforcing credit contracts and dealing with customers experiencing hardship. The guidance aligns to the requirements in the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, the National Credit Code and associated regulations. It includes notices for proceeding with enforcement, and a register to track what enforcement steps have been undertaken.
