Electronic Signatures - ACL, AFSL, Wholesale

This policy helps licensees and their representatives understand when an electronic signature can be used instead of a traditional “wet” signature.  It considers the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth), and section 127 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).  It also addresses some Federal and State law changes that were made permanent following COVID-19.
