This bundle provides a guide on the measures that must be taken by product issuers and distributors (including credit licensees and credit representatives) for the purposes of meeting their design and distribution obligations.
Since 5 October 2021, the design and distribution obligations apply to the issue and distribution of certain financial products and credit products to consumers.
