Since 5 October 2021, the design and distribution obligations apply to the issue and distribution of certain financial products to consumers.

This resource may assist Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) holders that issue or distribute financial products and are looking for practical DDO compliance documentation to support their product governance framework.
