This bundle provides a guide on the measures that must be taken by product issuers and distributors (including in relation to non-cash payment facilities and foreign exchange contracts) for the purposes of meeting their design and distribution obligations. The bundle includes a TMD checklist for product issuers.
Since 5 October 2021, the design and distribution obligations apply to the issue and distribution of certain financial products to consumers.
