This bundle provides a guide on the measures that must be taken by product issuers, including CFD issuers and distributors, for the purposes of meeting their design and distribution obligations. The bundle includes a TMD checklist for product issuers.
Commencing 5 October 2021, the design and distribution obligations apply to the issue and distribution of certain financial products, including CFDs, to consumers.
