Credit Representative Agreement - ACL

If you are planning on appointing credit representatives under your credit licence, then you should have a credit representative agreement, setting out the terms and conditions of this arrangement.  This pack includes a Corporate Credit Authorised Representative (CAR) Agreement template and a Sub-Authorised Representative Agreement for individuals employed by the CAR.
