If you are planning on appointing authorised representatives under your licence, then you should have an authorised representative agreement, setting out the terms and conditions of this arrangement.  This pack includes a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) Agreement template and a Sub-Authorised Representative Agreement for individuals employed by the CAR.
