This bundle provides guidance for credit licensees on the requirements to appoint representatives and/or an RM or key person. It is designed to align with the requirements under sections 64 and 65 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and with ASIC’s RG 206 (Credit licensing: Competence and training) and RG 205 (Credit licensing: General conduct obligations).
