Adequate Resources - AFSL

This bundle is to assist AFS licensees manage their human capital, financial requirements, and IT resources and related processes; and demonstrate they have sufficient resources to conduct and monitor their operations.  It is designed to align with the requirements of sections 912A and 912B of the Corporations Act 2001, and ASIC’s RG 104 (Licensing: Meeting the general obligations), RG 166 (Licensing: Financial requirements) and RG 126 (Compensation and insurance arrangements for AFS licensees).

Note: The IT Resources Policy has been drafted for licensees which are not APRA regulated.
